C'est Moi Jewels strives for the highest quality. If there is something wrong with your jewelry, we offer the following guarantee.

  • How long is the warranty period?

    You have a warranty of up to 12 months on the purchase of every C'est Moi Jewels piece of jewelry.

  • When does the warranty not apply?

    The warranty does not apply to breakage (unless it is a demonstrable production error), general wear and tear, improper use by the buyer, damage due to repairs by a third party.

  • What if something is wrong after the warranty period?

    It is possible that something goes wrong with the jewelry after the warranty period. If your jewelry needs to be repaired after the 1-year warranty period, we will of course always try to repair it. However, this may involve costs, which can only be determined after assessment.

  • What is my warranty certificate?

    It is important to keep the proof of purchase that you receive with your online order, or the invoice that you receive with your 'custom made' products. This serves as proof of purchase.

  • What should I do if there is something wrong with my jewelry?

    Send an email to [email protected] with “warranty” in the subject line. Add a photo and your order number. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

  • Replacement or refund

    The warranty does not entitle you to a replacement or refund for lost or stolen products in any form.
