Welcome to our service page! Here you will find all the information you need about shipping and returning your C'est Moi Jewels jewelry. We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible, and offer a smooth returns process if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Read on to discover how we handle your shipments and how you can easily arrange a return.

Dispatch

  • How are my orders shipped and how can I track them?

    We ship all orders via PostNL or DHL. As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will get started immediately.

    Your order will be shipped in a carefully composed luxury gift packaging.

    For non-personalized jewelry, we aim to ship the order the same day. For personalized jewelry, shipping may take up to 1 to 2 weeks longer.

    We will keep you informed of the status during the process. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number to track the order. All orders are sent by registered mail and require a signature upon receipt.

    * Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday. This means that orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Returns Policy

  • Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

    Personalized jewelry and custom made jewelry are made, designed or customized especially for you. It is therefore not possible to return this jewelry. These are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post or e-mail to [email protected] (recommended)) to revoke the agreement.

    Please state:

    • Name as in the order
    • Address as in the order
    • Order date
    • Order number
    • Which product(s) it concerns

    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Consequences of the revocation

    If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

    For the correct return address, please refer to the return address on this page. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  • Personalized jewelry & made to order

    Personalized jewelry and custom made jewelry are made, designed or customized especially for you. It is therefore not possible to return this jewelry. These are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

  • Sale items

    Jewelry purchased on sale can be returned, but the refunded amount will be converted into a voucher valid for 24 months.

  • How can you return?

    We can only take back the jewelry if you follow the steps below:

    • Follow the instructions as stated under “right of withdrawal”. We aim to answer you within 2 days (on working days from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
    • The jewelry must not have been worn
    • There may be no signs of wear on the jewelry
    • Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging and without damage.
    • We strongly advise you to return the jewelry by registered mail, we are not responsible if the postal service loses your package.
    • The costs for return shipping will not be reimbursed by C'est Moi Jewels and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • When will the purchase amount be refunded?

    After assessment and receipt of your returned jewelry, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account you specified within 14 working days.

  • How long does it take before I receive the new item after an exchange?

    After receiving and assessing the jewelry you sent, we will send the new item to you within 3-5 working days if it is in stock. You will also receive a confirmation email.
