If you don't have a measuring tape, but you do have a ruler: Use our special measuring instrument. Download the PDF, print it out, cut it out, and measure your wrist (see image below). Make sure you print it full size. You can check this by comparing the print with a ruler.

With a string: Wrap a piece of string around your wrist in the same way. Mark where the string overlaps. Place the string next to a ruler or measuring tape to determine your size.

Tip: Measure a well-fitting bracelet and use that length as your measurement.

A permanent piece of jewelry means that once the piece of jewelry is closed, you can no longer open it yourself.

Yes, that's possible. If you no longer want to wear the bracelet or you need to take it off, you can easily cut the bracelet with scissors. Unfortunately, this will void the warranty, but if you would like to have the bracelet repaired, you can of course contact us.

No reason to panic. We use a delicate chain that cannot cause injuries. If your bracelet breaks, store it safely and contact us immediately by email for a repair. The first repair is free within 12 months of purchasing your C'est Moi bracelet. Yes, that's possible. We have experienced this ourselves and also received confirmation from both an MRI center and a doctor in the hospital. The bracelet is made of real gold. We are not specialists, so for specific wrist operations the bracelet may have to be removed. In that case, you can contact us and we will discuss how we can repair the bracelet for you.

Yes, that's possible. Customs will not ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. Our permanent bracelets have already gone through many security checks at all kinds of airports without any problems.

The ash is processed in the lock: a small hole is made in the inside of the lock where the ash enters. A little resin is applied over this.

How much ash is needed? A fingertip of ash is sufficient.

Supplies:

• White paper
• Black pencil
• Clear adhesive tape
• Scissors if necessary
• Telephone

Step 1: Make a good black area on the white paper with the pencil.

Step 2: Rub your finger over the black area. Tip: Use your index finger or thumb for best results.

Step 3: Check whether your finger is completely black from the pencil.

Step 4: Take a piece of tape and hold it gently to avoid fingerprints.

Step 5: Press your fingertip on the sticky side of the tape.

Step 5: Stick the tape on the white paper.

Step 6: Before taking a photo, check whether the fingerprint lines are sharp. Then take a sharp photo of your fingerprint. Tips for taking the photo:

• Provide good lighting. daylight is best.
• Hold your phone close, about 6 inches from the print, and focus by tapping the screen.
• It is best not to zoom in, as that often makes the photos a bit blurrier.
• The difference between white and black/gray must be clearly visible
• Make sure the photo is sharp before uploading it.
